Terms of service

These terms cover the Kept Weekly app, sold by Baltar LLC, a Wyoming (USA) company (“we”, “us”). Kept Weekly isn't open yet; these are the terms it will open with. Questions go to hello@keptweekly.com.

1. The service

Kept Weekly reads data from the field-service software you connect and shows estimates of job profit. It is an independent product, not made, endorsed or supported by the maker of that software.

2. Estimates, not advice

The numbers depend on the data in your field-service software and the costs you enter. They are estimates to help you make decisions, not accounting, tax or financial advice. Check important decisions with your accountant.

3. Trial and price

A 14-day free trial, without a card. After that, $39 a month or $390 a year in US dollars, as shown at checkout. Prices for existing customers don't rise without 30 days' notice.

4. Cancellation and refunds

• Cancel any time in Settings in the app. Your plan won't renew, and you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for.
• Free trial: no card is needed, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan.
• Refunds: payments aren't refunded, and there are no credits for part of a month or year, except where the law requires it. Canceling stops the next charge; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

5. Your data

Your data is yours. We use it only to provide the service (see the privacy policy). Disconnecting deletes the data we copied from your field-service software.

6. Acceptable use

Connect only accounts you are allowed to administer.

7. Availability

We aim for Kept Weekly to work all the time but can't promise it. If your field-service software's connection is down or changes, features may pause.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to these terms

We'll email you before material changes take effect.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
